3. Online Reservations

All reservations submitted online are not final until reviewed and confirmed by an Amal & Sons Limousine Inc. representative. A confirmation email with the final fare and details will be sent once the reservation is approved.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Sedan/SUV cancellations 24 hours before pickup: No charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: Full fare will be charged.
  • Same-day cancellations: Full fare will be charged with no exceptions.
  • Special event reservations may have different cancellation rules, communicated at booking time.

5. Airport Pickups

Domestic Flights

  • 30-minute grace period begins when the flight lands.
  • After 30 minutes, waiting time is charged at $1.00 per minute.

International Flights

  • 60-minute grace period begins when the flight lands.
  • After 60 minutes, waiting time is charged at $1.00 per minute.
  • Drivers may wait at customs for up to 75 minutes unless otherwise instructed.
  • If no contact is made within the wait window, the driver may be released and a full fare charged.

6. Non-Airport Pickups

A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, waiting time is charged at $1.00 per minute.

7. Cleaning & Damage Fees

  • Cleaning fee: A minimum of $150.00 will be charged for spills, vomiting, or any condition requiring professional detailing.
  • Vehicle damage: Any interior or exterior damage caused by passengers will be billed to the passenger or the account holder.
